CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!

WARNING Hotmail users: The email may be blocked!

An unfortunate reality these days is that that even emails that confirm a purchase sometimes goes into the spam folder. Sometimes it is even blocked and never arrives! (Hotmail is notorious for blocking emails)

If the email doesn’t arrive in your regular inbox, here is the solution:

1) Check your spam folder

If not there, then:

2) Add support@thesingingzone.com to your approved senders list.

3) Email support@thesingingzone.com and request that the email be sent again.

Then you get the email with the login to the session.
